Role Description Seeking a customer-facing, hands-on Test Architect / QE Architect with 12+ years of experience to lead enterprise-wide quality engineering, AI-driven test automation, and quality transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, ERP, WMS, OMS, and enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities - Drive the enterprise-wide end-to-end QA strategy, automation roadmap, and quality governance. - Design and implement scalable UI, API, Integration, and E2E automation frameworks. - Define and track quality engineering KPIs and automation success metrics, including test coverage, automation ROI, defect leakage, escape rates, pass/fail trends, cycle time reduction, and release quality indicators. - Lead AI-enabled test automation initiatives including self-healing and intelligent test execution. - Integrate testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines. - Drive Shift-Left, Continuous Testing, Performance Testing, and Quality Engineering best practices. - Lead testing across ERP, WMS, OMS, eCommerce, Middleware, and enterprise integrations. (Prefer to have) - Establish automation standards, reusable assets, quality metrics, and reporting dashboards. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support QE/TCoE transformation initiatives.
