The Testing Lead will join a project working on federal healthcare systems and will own the quality control and test strategy across the entire suite of platform modules. Who You Are and What You Know (Knowledge and Experience Requirements) - A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience working directly with stakeholders on user experience testing and stakeholder feedback reporting on highly regulated reporting systems. - Experience designing test strategies, plans, and cases for Agile/Scrum software delivery. - Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Vitest) integrated into CI/CD pipelines. - Working knowledge of accessibility testing methods against WCAG 2.0–2.1 AA and Section 508. - Full-time resident of the contiguous United States (must be legally authorized to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship). - Ability to pass a Public Trust background check and any applicable background and/or security checks related to project requirements.
