Role Description As a Sales Assistant, you'll work directly alongside our Business Development Manager located in Lithuania to build and move the pipeline forward. Think of yourself as the engine behind the outreach: - Researching and building lead lists of target companies and decision-makers across European markets. - Running multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels on behalf of the BDM. - Booking discovery and intro calls for the Business Development Manager. - Managing and updating the CRM: logging activities, tracking lead statuses, and keeping the pipeline clean and current. - Following up with prospects who haven't responded, re-engaging cold leads, and ensuring consistent touchpoints throughout the sales cycle. - Preparing outreach materials, scripts, and templates in collaboration with the BDM and marketing. - Monitoring which outreach approaches and messages are working, flagging patterns and suggesting improvements. - Handling basic calendar coordination and scheduling logistics across time zones. - Supporting the BDM with research ahead of calls: company background, decision-maker context, relevant pain points. Qualifications - 1+ year in a sales support, lead generation, SDR, or virtual assistant role (B2B experience is a strong plus). - Excellent written English - outreach is a core part of this job, and quality matters. - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting. - Comfort working with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - High attention to detail and the discipline to keep a pipeline organised and up to date. - A proactive mindset - you spot what needs doing and do it without waiting to be asked. - Comfort working independently in a remote setup, aligned to European business hours. - Interest in sales, business development, or the outsourcing industry - this role has a clear growth path. This hunter sales position is accountable for achieving annual new business and revenue goals through customer relationship development, opportunity prioritization, consultative sales, and superior negotiation and closing skills, generating growth to customers and prospects. This key role will be responsible for prospecting and selling our Fraud & ID solutions to the top segments / verticals of customers and prospects. This role emphasizes penetration of “greenfield” clients, cross sell opportunities within existing TransUnion customers, and growth through delivery of strategic solution initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Support TU’s efforts to grow the Fraud and ID solutions business within our target set of verticals and INTL regions by delivering revenue plans. - Become a sales subject matter expert on flagship TransUnion Fraud & ID products in INTL and build expertise in identified critical business issues so that you are seen as a specialist on the solutions we have offer to solve these problems. - Develop the strategic buyer approach as a critical component of the overall account plan to expand business. - You will execute on this approach by leading the sales pursuit to support all stages of the sales opportunity lifecycle.
