Role Description We are looking for motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will connect with past and existing customers to offer tailored service upgrades and additional products, helping enhance their overall experience. This is a fully remote position within Canada, with all necessary equipment provided to support your success. Role Description As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will ensure customers receive the best value for all their products and services. Your responsibilities will include: - Make outbound calls, primarily to new or past customers. - Upsell and offer additional products and services that meet the customers’ needs. - Stay informed about the latest packages available for Internet, mobile services, programming, and TV. - Understand the customer’s situation and recognize their needs. - Build rapport quickly while effectively overcoming objections. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality. - Consistently meet or exceed various KPI targets. Qualifications - Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role focused on outbound sales. - A minimum of 6 months of sales experience. - The ability to quickly build rapport and overcome objections. - A strong desire to earn a higher income in a bonus-driven sales environment. - Strong computer skills, with the ability to multitask using a wide range of software applications and programs. - The ability to connect your computer directly to your modem using an Ethernet cable while working. Benefits - Base wage: $17.05 per hour in most Canadian provinces ($17.85 per hour in BC). - Commission: Uncapped bonus earning potential. - Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm EST (please be mindful of your time zone).
