Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Technology Consulting, or IT Services
- Proven success in winning new business and growing strategic enterprise accounts
- Strong experience in consultative selling, enterprise account management, and commercial negotiations
- Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives within complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Digital Engineering, AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation services
- Experience working with Industrial & Manufacturing clients is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across global, cross-functional teams
