Role Description UTTR is looking for a part-time Senior Campaign Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts. This is not a junior support role—you'll own campaigns end-to-end, drive real business outcomes, and play a key role in shaping how we scale performance for our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, RevOps, and client stakeholders) and bring a deeply data-driven mindset to everything you do. What You'll Be Doing - Campaign Strategy, Setup & Execution: - Own the tactical and operational management of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts. - Lead campaign setup, launch, and ongoing optimisation across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other platforms (Reddit, X, etc. are a plus). - Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client goals and KPIs. - Optimisation, Testing & Performance Analysis: - Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results. - Lead testing and optimisation across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, budgets, and funnel performance. - Conduct performance analyses to uncover growth opportunities and improve efficiency. - Focus on meaningful business outcomes, including pipeline and revenue impact—not just vanity metrics. - Data, Martech & Analytics: - Analyse campaign performance across HubSpot, CRM platforms, GA4, ad platforms, and other marketing technologies. - Use insights to optimise campaigns and guide future strategy. - Support accurate reporting and performance storytelling for clients. - Experience with Looker Studio is a plus. - Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with design, RevOps, analytics, and client teams to ensure campaigns, tracking, and reporting are implemented correctly. - Present clear, data-backed recommendations to clients. - Stay up to date with platform updates, new features, and best practices. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience managing B2B paid media campaigns. - Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads/Microsoft Ads, and Meta. - Strong understanding of B2B marketing and revenue operations. - Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, and analytics tools. - A highly analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation, and continuous improvement. - Strong communication skills and confidence presenting recommendations to clients. - Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. - A proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on delivering results. - Advanced English (C1). Requirements - Experience with BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools. - Experience working directly with platform representatives. - Familiarity with attribution and enrichment tools such as Apollo, Primer, ZoomInfo, Albacross, HockeyStack, Terminus, or Dreamdata. Working Hours This is a part-time contract role (approximately 20 hours per week). We're fully remote, and you can work from anywhere. However, you'll need to have consistent overlap with EST, CST, MST, or PST business hours for client meetings and team collaboration. Benefits - 💻 Fully remote — work from anywhere. - 🌍 Join a collaborative, globally distributed team. - 🚀 Work with a diverse portfolio of B2B SaaS clients across a range of industries. - 📈 Take ownership of client campaigns and make a measurable impact on pipeline growth and revenue.

• Own and execute omni-channel growth marketing, including paid ads, email sequences, and SEO • Build, test, and optimize demand-generation campaigns end to end • Track and report on growth analytics to sharpen what is working • Engage leads directly and help convert demand into closed business • Partner closely with the founders to set and hit growth targets

talentplutoThe AI headhunter connecting elite tech sales talent with high-growth startups.
• Close a high volume of inbound deals with enterprise-level complexity • Multi-thread with founders, C-suite, and multiple stakeholders • Partner with risk advisors and growth leads throughout the sales cycle • Manage roughly $1.5M in annual quota with ~3-month sales cycles • Optionally self-source outbound for additional compensation
• Operate campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads with a robust budget — structure campaigns, upload creatives, and optimize for real business metrics (leads, CAC, ROAS, conversions), not vanity metrics • Own end-to-end tracking: GTM (web and server-side), CAPI, pixel, GCLID, offline conversion and attribution — ensuring every click connects to every sale • Diagnose and resolve issues when something breaks: a conversion missing from reports, EMQ dropping, lead automation stopping — here we fix problems, not just scale up • Work with automations (n8n/Make), APIs, webhooks and advanced spreadsheets to validate and cross-check data • Collaborate closely with AI for heavy analysis — your role is to execute with critical judgment and keep the data pipeline clean
