Senior B2B Campaign Manager

Role Description UTTR is looking for a part-time Senior Campaign Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts. This is not a junior support role—you'll own campaigns end-to-end, drive real business outcomes, and play a key role in shaping how we scale performance for our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, RevOps, and client stakeholders) and bring a deeply data-driven mindset to everything you do. What You'll Be Doing - Campaign Strategy, Setup & Execution: - Own the tactical and operational management of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts. - Lead campaign setup, launch, and ongoing optimisation across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other platforms (Reddit, X, etc. are a plus). - Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client goals and KPIs. - Optimisation, Testing & Performance Analysis: - Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results. - Lead testing and optimisation across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, budgets, and funnel performance. - Conduct performance analyses to uncover growth opportunities and improve efficiency. - Focus on meaningful business outcomes, including pipeline and revenue impact—not just vanity metrics. - Data, Martech & Analytics: - Analyse campaign performance across HubSpot, CRM platforms, GA4, ad platforms, and other marketing technologies. - Use insights to optimise campaigns and guide future strategy. - Support accurate reporting and performance storytelling for clients. - Experience with Looker Studio is a plus. - Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with design, RevOps, analytics, and client teams to ensure campaigns, tracking, and reporting are implemented correctly. - Present clear, data-backed recommendations to clients. - Stay up to date with platform updates, new features, and best practices. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience managing B2B paid media campaigns. - Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads/Microsoft Ads, and Meta. - Strong understanding of B2B marketing and revenue operations. - Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, and analytics tools. - A highly analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation, and continuous improvement. - Strong communication skills and confidence presenting recommendations to clients. - Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. - A proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on delivering results. - Advanced English (C1). Requirements - Experience with BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools. - Experience working directly with platform representatives. - Familiarity with attribution and enrichment tools such as Apollo, Primer, ZoomInfo, Albacross, HockeyStack, Terminus, or Dreamdata. Working Hours This is a part-time contract role (approximately 20 hours per week). We're fully remote, and you can work from anywhere. However, you'll need to have consistent overlap with EST, CST, MST, or PST business hours for client meetings and team collaboration.
