Role Description We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team - someone who moves seamlessly between brand, print, and digital, bringing the same level of craft and intentionality to a packaging dieline as to a high-converting landing page. This role is primarily rooted in graphic design, with a meaningful digital component that includes marketing assets, landing pages, and brand-led web executions. You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent, high-quality brand expression across every touchpoint - physical and digital. Responsibilities - Brand & Graphic Design: Creating production-ready assets across print and digital, including packaging, brochures, welcome kits, POP/retail materials, and kiosk collateral. Strong understanding of print production (bleed, dielines, color systems) and vendor collaboration. - Digital & Marketing Design: Designing marketing assets, campaign visuals, banners, and promotional materials that translate brand strategy into visual narratives across digital channels. - Web & Landing Page Support: Supporting the design of marketing landing pages and digital executions in collaboration with the web team, maintaining brand consistency across digital touchpoints. - Prototyping & Concepting: Using AI-powered tools and visualization techniques to quickly explore and prototype packaging and product directions. Developing visual presentations for internal stakeholders. - Collaboration & Ownership: Working cross-functionally with marketing, design leads, and other team members. Managing your own workflow independently and maintaining high-quality output without close supervision.
