Digital Designer

• Criar sites e landing pages a partir das demandas dos clientes, com entrega otimizada para performance (Core Web Vitals e boas notas em PageSpeed Insights); • Produzir e adequar arquivos de imagem (fotos de veículos, banners para websites) usando formatos modernos (WebP/AVIF), compressão adequada e dimensionamento correto para cada contexto de uso, eliminando peso desnecessário sem perder qualidade visual; • Criar peças digitais para sites, e-mail marketing, apresentações comerciais e redes sociais a partir do briefing de clientes internos; • Realizar manutenção nos layouts dos sites para atualização de campanhas e informações, mantendo os padrões de performance já implementados; • Apoiar a revisão das entregas do time de design, identificando falhas técnicas de otimização além de questões estéticas; • Apoiar no desenvolvimento de produtos/serviços internos conforme demandas da gestão e diretoria; • Identificar, analisar e propor melhorias nos processos do setor de design, sua interface com outras áreas e nas ferramentas digitais da Alpes; • Executar demais atividades correlacionadas solicitadas pela liderança imediata.
Job Requirements
- Portfólio que demonstre repertório criativo consistente, não só domínio de ferramenta;
- Extrema atenção a detalhes: alinhamento, tipografia, consistência de cores e acabamento de cada peça, sem depender de revisão alheia para pegar erros básicos.
- Conhecimento sólido de formatos de imagem para web (WebP, AVIF) e técnicas de compressão sem perda perceptível de qualidade;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de diagnóstico de performance (PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, GTmetrix);
- Entendimento de responsive images e lazy loading;
- Perfil detalhista que busque constantemente estar atualizado quanto às principais tendências e técnicas de design;
- Conhecimento em Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Conhecimento de soluções para mobile-first e design responsivo;
- Capacidade de equilibrar liberdade criativa com as restrições técnicas de performance web.
