• Support accounting team in monthly close process including preparing journal entries • Own select account reconciliations • Assist in financial reporting • Analyze complex account activity and propose solutions for simplification • Work closely with multiple departments to provide financial information to aid in business decision making • Report directly to Accounting Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA preferred
- 3+ years of in-house experience within a similar industry if not, within a big four accounting firm
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills; experienced at creating journal entries and reconciling complex accounts
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to meet a stream of constant deadlines and prioritize work
- Proven success in working both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
- High integrity, self-aware, and humble
