Kaplan Test Prep

• Provide employee relations counseling and guidance on policies and procedures to all employees and leaders • Conducts employee relations investigations and successfully closes them out in a timely manner • Support Functional Leaders with Talent Assessment processes to include implementing development action plans and succession planning • Manage succession planning and provide recommendations to managers and employees to assist in maximizing employee development • Mentors and coaches individuals on organizational and developmental issues • Drive Employment Engagement by assisting leaders with understanding survey data and creating and implementing effective employee engagement action plans • Provides resources directly to business leaders by assessing departmental needs/organizational planning and development, evaluating departmental structure, job design, and workforce forecasting • Responsible for the establishment of performance management practices and supports leaders in follows through with action plans as needed • Participates in and facilitates the development and implementation of in-house training programs that address the company's changing needs in collaboration with the Learning and Development team • Liaisons with the recruitment department for all recruitment needs for assigned functional groups, partners to support hiring and diversity initiatives • Partners with the HR Operations team on implementing projects, programs, and policies

• Work with production, authors, technical personnel, and instructional designers to establish and maintain development and production schedules, as well as meet all technical specifications for delivery on our systems • Work with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to write, organize, and edit course curriculum and related materials including web-delivered courses, textbooks, PowerPoint presentations, tests, forms, surveys, and instructional guides • Adapt course content learning assets for delivery in online and print platforms • Assist in selecting the best method of product design for our real estate products and in researching data to ensure the most accurate and updated content is incorporated in the product line • Proactively identify problems and resolutions and seek out new procedures and technologies that improve quality of materials and efficiency of processes

• Deliver concierge-level support to students and stakeholders via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide a premium service experience • Provide dedicated assistance to Florida real estate students, ensuring they meet specific state regulatory requirements and experience a seamless transition through their licensing programs • Manage student records and orders accurately within internal databases to ensure data integrity and the seamless delivery of educational materials and services • Coordinate national program initiatives by executing specific campaign tasks and special projects that align with organizational growth with both client and student success goals • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or leadership to ensure timely resolution of student concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels • Advise students on program requirements and product lines using in-depth subject matter knowledge to guide them through their educational journey • Utilize internal IT and business systems to track interactions and process service requests, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with high attention to detail • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on student experiences and suggest improvements for national program workflows and service protocols • Maintain professional communication standards in all interactions, ensuring information is transmitted accurately and understandably to a diverse student population

• Maintain existing Treasury Management System. • Oversee cash accounting process to ensure cash activity is recorded timely and accurately. • Consolidate Kaplan banking, credit card processor and payment provider relationships to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness of all structures. • Maintain database (Archer) of all bank accounts to ensure accuracy of all information. • Oversee Treasury URM Online User review to ensure only active users have access to the banking platforms and that their entitlements are correct. • Serve as the treasury subject matter expert throughout the organization for Internal/External auditors in particular. • Manage a department of one Treasury Analyst. • Assist with international and domestic cash forecasting and cash international repatriation strategies. • Other duties as requested.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of all Kaplan nursing education products, including: Undergraduate programs, Integrated testing product suite, NCLEX® preparation, core nursing Curriculum tools, and i-Human virtual simulations • Graduate programs: Advanced practice nursing certifications and graduate-level resources, including i-Human virtual simulations • Stay current with trends in nursing education, certification requirements, and teaching methodologies to ensure relevance and expertise in the field • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of nursing accreditation requirements for undergraduate and graduate levels and how Kaplan’s products align with these standards • Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance existing offerings based on customer interactions • Collaborate with the customer engagement team during implementation meetings to ensure smooth onboarding • Facilitate faculty and student orientation sessions to introduce platform functionalities, virtual simulations, and analytics tools • Act as a subject matter expert during pre-sales discussions and product demonstrations • Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor product presentations to address specific program goals • Deliver high-impact presentations to faculty, administrators, and decision-makers showcasing the value of our nursing education products • Serve as a resource for faculty, offering ongoing support and best practices for integrating tools into their teaching, including new product releases and enhancements • Provide insights on leveraging analytics to track student progress and improve outcomes • Host regular check-ins with faculty to address challenges, answer questions, and recommend strategies to maximize platform effectiveness • Represent Kaplan at regional nursing conferences, workshops, and other regional events by delivering engaging presentations on educational trends and product innovations

• Conduct family consultations to understand educational goals, evaluate student profiles, and recommend tailored admissions consulting programs in order to drive enrollment and revenue growth • Convert prospective families into enrolled programs by delivering compelling program presentations, addressing questions, and guiding decision-making to meet and exceed enrollment targets • Source and qualify new leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and partnerships to expand the pipeline of prospective families and strengthen long-term business growth • Manage the consultation pipeline by scheduling, tracking, and following up with families to ensure consistent conversion rates and optimized sales performance • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track family interactions, progress, and outcomes, ensuring visibility into performance metrics and supporting data-driven decision-making • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market trends, ensuring continuous improvement in family acquisition strategies • Deliver limited direct admissions consulting to a small portfolio of families, providing strategic guidance on applications and timelines to demonstrate advising expertise and maintain service excellence • Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, consultation volumes, and revenue contribution to evaluate progress against goals and implement adjustments as needed • Provide insights and reporting to leadership on sales performance, lead generation, and family engagement trends to inform business strategy and operational priorities • Uphold Kaplan’s standards of professionalism and integrity by maintaining a student- and family-focused approach that ensures trust, satisfaction, and long-term brand credibility

• Actively communicate with companies, institutions, and students in a professional and timely manner • Ensure all billing is complete, accurate, timely, and up-to-date • Manage aging of accounts and reduce impact to the organization’s bad debt • Send billing to companies, institutions, students, and sponsors to secure funding • Partner with other Kaplan and Purdue Global support teams to provide accurate responses to inquiries regarding products and services offered to companies, institutions, and students • As necessary certify Military students’ eligibility using their respective process. (i.e., Vocational Rehabilitation, Go Army Education, Air Force, Marines, Navy, etc.) • Organize workload to successfully follow-up on all queues and assigned department-shared email accounts • Assist in the development and documentation of departmental Statements of Processes • Troubleshoot problems identified and improve processes that benefit Kaplan, companies, institutions, and students • Assist the Accounting Department in resolving deposit issues for month-end

• Directly manage teachers to ensure excellent standardized delivery for classroom courses, coaching calls, and InstructorLink. • Collaborate with the Classroom Operations team on instructor selection and class assignments. • Analyze instructor evaluations, student feedback, and other metrics in order to support instructor performance and development. • Provide instructors with feedback, professional development, and training opportunities to enhance teaching skills. • Accurately manage payroll for all direct reports. • Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, addressing their concerns and providing support as needed. • Work directly with the Teacher Recruitment Team to identify and prioritize instructor hiring needs for your team. • Oversee the interviewing, onboarding, and training process for new teachers. • Collaborate across teams to solve problems and ensure excellent student experiences across your area of responsibility. • Collect content feedback from instructors and share with the product team in an effort to improve products. • Communicate product updates and changes to instructors as needed to ensure they have the most updated versions and information for students. • Work with other teams as needed to solve teacher-related student escalations. • Participate occasionally as needed on certain client calls with Sales and Customer Engagement when an Academic SME is needed. • Teach classes occasionally as needed based on business priorities.

• Content creation and development using multiple platforms on a project-by-project basis. This includes tracking, training, and metric reporting and analysis. • Create innovative virtual simulation solutions in a variety of platforms, which includes content creation, business acumen, technical knowledge, and analysis of the solution. • Evaluate solutions for effectiveness and recommend changes based on outcomes and customer feedback. • Use of situational leadership and G.R.O.W. coaching to manage and develop content developers and content specialists. • Collaborate with Kaplan teams to keep student success the focus of our delivery efforts. This includes customer service teams (NC, AM, Contact Center, Sales), academics, learning science, marketing, publishing, and technology. • Actively pursue opportunities to continue to learn best practices in product development through research, professional development, and alternate learning opportunities. • Sharing your learning with the team and broader KNA through thought leadership activities.

• Perform analysis and advanced support/troubleshooting for reported issues on business systems applications. • Write SQL scripts to fix complicated data issues in production systems. • Write and modify SQL stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions. • Write data extract scripts. • Perform performance tuning of long running SQL code, reports, or scripts. • Identify and document application defects and enhancements. • Test and validate resolutions of defects/enhancements and document test results. • Execute Business Requirement Documents(BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents(FRDs) to implement new projects within the business systems applications. • Participate in testing of new software releases, system maintenance, and upgrades. • Support business user acceptance testing. • Work with business stakeholders and understand their needs to translate them into technical requirements and solutions. • Prepare code deployments through standardized change management processes.
