Director of Strategic Partnerships

Role Description Develop and execute a partnership strategy to identify, sign, and commercialize partnerships that help Digital Onboarding meet its revenue and profit goals. Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align partner strategy with company objectives, and use AI tools where possible to drive efficiency and sharpen decision-making. As our partner ecosystem grows, using AI and automation to speed up research, forecasting, and reporting isn't optional — it's core to how this role scales its impact and improves outcomes without adding headcount. - Build and execute a partnership strategy that drives measurable revenue growth through targeted channels and partners - Identify and sign new partners that align with company goals and strengthen the overall partner strategy - Own the partner pipeline and forecast, and report progress and risks to leadership regularly - Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure partner initiatives are aligned company-wide - Support partners with proposals, presentations, and joint sales calls to help close strategic deals - Champion Digital Onboarding's mission and values across the partner team - Continuously test and refine partnership approaches to improve commercial outcomes - Use AI and other emerging tools to streamline partner research, proposal development, and pipeline management Qualifications - 8+ years of experience building and scaling strategic partnerships (or equivalent experience) - Proven track record managing a partner pipeline in Salesforce or a similar CRM - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Self-starter comfortable driving deadline-driven results - Practical experience using AI or productivity tools to work more efficiently and make faster, better-informed decisions Requirements - Knowledge of the banking and credit union market Benefits - Fully remote, work from anywhere in the continental US - Unlimited, flexible PTO - Generous healthcare coverage plus wellness perks, including free counseling - 401(k) retirement planning support - A flat, low-hierarchy culture that values ideas and ability over titles Company Description Digital Onboarding enables financial institutions to help people and businesses thrive by making it easier for them to stay financially organized and secure.
