• Drive sales growth by scaling our international retail business • Own the commercial agenda in each market: distribution, assortment, placement, pricing, trade terms, promotional planning • Develop and manage a network of distributors, retail partners, and sales agencies • Collaborate with Operations for international logistics, inventory planning, and order fulfillment • Partner closely with Marketing for tailored market activation plans • Track performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity • Provide regular performance updates and sales forecasts to senior leadership
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of retail sales experience in FMCG
- Experience with international retail and distributor/partner management
- Track record of growing retail sales across Western and Eastern Europe
- Experience with retail P&L ownership and understanding of distributor models
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel internationally for market visits/partner meetings
- Excellent academic degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field
- Excellent communication skills (C1) in English
