Role Description As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth by partnering with banks and credit unions to modernize how they engage account holders. You'll manage complex sales cycles, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and help financial institutions realize the value of Digital Onboarding's platform. You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base while representing Digital Onboarding with professionalism, curiosity, and a customer-first mindset. What You'll Do - Drive Enterprise Growth - Own a territory and drive net new business with banks and credit unions. - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through signed agreement, managing deal momentum across business, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders. - Build and execute strategic territory plans that identify and prioritize high-value opportunities. - Consistently achieve sales goals while maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate forecast. - Maintain a disciplined sales process using Salesforce, Gong, and other sales tools. - Lead Strategic Customer Conversations - Conduct thoughtful discovery and executive-level presentations that connect Digital Onboarding's platform to customer goals around growth, engagement, retention, and digital transformation. - Build compelling business cases that clearly communicate value and return on investment across multiple stakeholders. - Navigate procurement, security, legal, and compliance processes common within financial institutions. - Build Strong Customer Relationships - Develop relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders throughout the buying process. - Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition after the sale and position customers for long-term success. - Share customer feedback and market insights with Product and Marketing to help inform future product development and go-to-market strategy. - Contribute to the Team - Share best practices, successful sales strategies, and customer insights with teammates. - Help improve sales playbooks and processes based on what you're seeing in the market. - Stay current on fintech trends, competitive offerings, and the evolving needs of banks and credit unions. Qualifications - 6+ years of SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. - Experience selling into banks, credit unions, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred. - Confidence building relationships with executive-level buyers and leading strategic business conversations. - Experience using Salesforce, Gong, and modern sales tools to manage pipeline and forecast. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - A structured, consultative approach to selling.
