AECOM
• Lead complex programs across upstream, midstream, and downstream assets • Focus on regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement • Drive program performance to meet and/or exceed client satisfaction and KPIs • Develop and formulate solutions to client problems/issues • Participate in project reviews of major program/project dashboards/deep dives to identify issues • Drive adoption of digital tools • Actively integrate global resources into local delivery • Directly manage projects and supervise a team of remediation professionals • Build, maintain, and facilitate trusting relationships with key contacts across the client organizations • Develop budgets for business development portfolio management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field
- 10 years of experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership positions
- US Citizenship or permanent residency is required
- 10 years of experience within the environmental consulting industry
- 5 years focused on Oil and Gas clients in California, Colorado, or Texas
- P.G. or P.E. License in California, Colorado, or Texas preferred.
- Experienced people manager and team builder
- Proven track record in managing environmental programs under the respective regulatory frameworks
