Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
- Proven ability to analyze workforce metrics and drive business recommendations
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational, sophisticated enterprise programs or projects applying internal and vendor resources
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leaders and clients
- Experience leading client-facing meetings, strategic discussions, and workforce planning sessions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)

Role Description We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Vendor Management to own the full operational performance and contract lifecycle of Nscale's vendor ecosystem — spanning operational service vendors and platform partners (Jira, ServiceNow, Sunbird DCIM, Linear/Procore, Salesforce). - Monitor SLA adherence, manage escalations, and own the contract registry and renewal cycle across every vendor category. - Maintain audit-ready compliance documentation and serve as the working-level point of contact for vendors, Legal, and other active service engagements. - Ensure SLA, performance, and contract data feeds cleanly into the dashboards and KPI reporting used by our Finance & Business Intelligence team.
