Key Responsibilities Consultant Leadership & Workforce Management - Provide direct day-to-day management, scheduling, workload assignment, and performance oversight for oncology documentation consultants. - Lead onboarding and transition of new hires from recruiting to operations, ensuring a warm, organized, and effective experience. - Communicate client expectations, productivity standards, and quality requirements at the start of each assignment. - Manage consultant productivity, time entry, and adherence to project deadlines. - Deliver continuous coaching, guidance, and feedback to support consultant success, growth, and retention. - Identify educational needs, recommend training opportunities, and support professional development.
