Director, Business Development Partners Program
The RealReal
• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of regional Business Development Representatives • Design, standardize, and scale playbooks for Business Development Representatives to acquire high-value new consignors • Develop scalable strategies to maintain the existing consignor base • Review and approve strategic event concepts and partnerships • Partner closely with internal teams to align local events and partnerships
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience
- At least 4+ years in a people-management or leadership role
- Experience in luxury fashion, premium resale, VIP concierge, or high-end sales/account management
- Proven success in scaling a business unit, managing regional budgets, and hitting aggressive supply and growth milestones
- Willingness to travel to various markets (approx. 30%)
