Role Description The Project Engineer II is responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering technology solutions that meet client requirements while ensuring high-quality project execution. This role independently manages standard infrastructure projects, collaborates with internal teams and clients, and produces accurate project documentation to support long-term operational success. • Act as the primary escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers. • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, networking, and enterprise application issues. • Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) using Microsoft Entra. • Assist clients in meeting cybersecurity and compliance framework requirements. • Troubleshoot Sophos firewalls and Ubiquiti UniFi networking solutions. • Monitor service tickets to ensure timely resolution within agreed service levels. • Monitor system alerts, logs, and proactively address issues. • Identify system vulnerabilities and implement appropriate remediation. • Perform root cause analysis to minimise recurring incidents. • Design, plan, and deliver IT infrastructure projects. • Lead Microsoft 365 and file server migrations. • Deploy and configure Microsoft Intune environments. • Deliver SharePoint migration projects. • Implement disaster recovery solutions. • Configure networking infrastructure, including firewall deployments. • Support technical research and solution design alongside the Technical Manager. • Build and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, diagrams, knowledge base articles, and system records. • Maintain accurate project and service documentation within documentation platforms. • Foster strong client relationships through professional communication and high-quality service delivery. • Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all customer interactions. • Maintain accurate time recording and documentation for all completed work.

• Build and maintain AI-assisted automations and agent workflows (primarily in n8n) • Define orchestration logic, prompts/instructions, fallback paths, and documentation for agent-executed tasks • Evaluate which Revenue Systems processes are realistically automatable vs. human-owned • Design and implement integrations between HubSpot, internal systems, and external tools required for AI-enabled workflows • Improve and maintain CRM process logic, ownership/routing logic, and related workflow automation • Support technical investigations, automation QA, and production stabilization for newly introduced AI/agent flows • Partner cross-functionally to align business rules, controls, and expected outputs for automated processes • Contribute to future-state architecture and process hardening across Revenue Systems
