• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications on Microsoft Azure • Build scalable and secure solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Cognitive Services • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture • Develop robust, production-ready code and integrate Azure AI capabilities into modern applications • Perform testing, optimization, and performance tuning across solutions • Ensure solutions align with cloud security and architectural best practices • Produce technical documentation and implementation artefacts • Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions • Work closely with delivery teams to bring AI projects from concept through to deployment • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across AI and cloud initiatives
• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and collaboration tools • Troubleshoot issues related to telephony systems, PBX platforms, and software applications • Guide users through clear, step-by-step resolutions • Log, prioritise, and track incidents and service requests through the helpdesk system • Ensure timely issue resolution and escalate complex problems to senior teams when required • Diagnose and resolve basic software, telephony, and cloud PBX issues • Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of supported applications • Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and knowledge base articles • Assist with basic networking issues such as connectivity, IP configuration, and VPN access • Follow security protocols and promote best practices among end users
