Role Description We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate the growth of our Digital Workplace business across Europe. This is a genuine new logo role focused on winning strategic enterprise customers. You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers and guide complex sales opportunities from first conversation through to contract signature. What You’ll Do - Win new enterprise customers across your assigned European territory. - Build and execute strategic account plans for high-value target organisations. - Develop relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders. - Lead complex, consultative sales engagements from prospecting through to close. - Work closely with Solution Consultants, Product, Marketing and Delivery teams to create compelling customer solutions. - Understand each customer’s business objectives and position solutions that deliver measurable value. - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. - Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and executive briefings. - Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer needs. Qualifications - Proven success selling IWMS, Digital Workplace or Workplace Management software into enterprise organisations. - A strong track record of consistently exceeding new business sales targets. - Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles. - Confidence engaging and presenting to C-level executives. - Experience developing strategic account plans and navigating large enterprise organisations. - Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and communication skills. - Fluency in English plus at least one additional European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch preferred). - The ability to travel across Europe as required.
