Role Description As an Account Executive Mid-Market working for the Benelux market, your main responsibilities include: - Managing the entire sales cycle (for both Outbound & Inbound) of new Mid-Market accounts (turnovers between €10M-€250M) from prospecting, leads qualification to negotiation and contract signature. - Engaging with C-Level Executives, acting as a trusted advisor to navigate their challenges and demonstrate the value of Alma’s solutions. - Representing Alma at trade shows and conferences in Benelux and Europe. - Contributing to the optimisation of internal processes to support Alma's scalability. - Maximizing Alma’s take rate by ensuring activated merchants are fully optimized. - Organizing and tracking all sales activities via our CRM. Qualifications - 2-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles (excluding internships & apprenticeships), with a proven track record in B2B sales. - Fluent in Dutch and English. - Excellent communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of navigating the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with experience in negotiation and contract signing. - Strong sales orientation with an energetic approach. - Excellent analytical mindset. - Self-driven, curious, and proactive. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Well organized with a structured approach. Requirements - Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Aircall, Dust, and SalesNavigator.
