Job Description

GTM Program Manager

Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and measurable outcomes. • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product, and Engineering by building strong partnerships and influencing without authority. • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate options, surface tradeoffs, and recommend data-backed paths forward. • Provide clear status updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and program sponsors.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy roles, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • A strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
  • Working knowledge of GTM motions and revenue operations.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Experience with acquisition integrations, quote-to-cash, or GTM system implementations is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
