• Own, implement, and continuously improve IAM tooling like Okta and ConductorOne across the enterprise • Drive adoption of scalable access controls including RBAC, ABAC, and JIT models • Partner with compliance and audit teams to ensure access aligns with frameworks like SOX, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 • Collaborate on large, cross-functional projects across security, engineering and IT • Mentor junior engineers and promote IAM best practices across the organization • Support access integration for mergers & acquisitions - onboarding acquired companies and their identity systems into our access ecosystem

• Drive collaboration-platform integration end-to-end for each acquisition • Assess acquired-company collaboration stacks during and after diligence • Rationalize overlapping tools across brands • Build repeatable playbooks, tooling, and automation for integration • Own Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom across the brand portfolio • Manage email security infrastructure across brands • Lead legal hold management, eDiscovery queries, and data productions • Design and maintain DLP rules, group access controls, and data access policies

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality consumer-facing features across web (React) and mobile (React Native). • Own the full lifecycle of product work, from discovery and technical design through release, monitoring, experimentation, and iteration. • Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Mobile engineers to create coherent experiences. • Drive A/B testing and experimentation strategies.

• Design and build automated testing frameworks for backend APIs • Improve CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling • Review technical designs and identify risks • Resolve complex failures across distributed systems • Define testing strategies for new products

• Own the roadmap and execution across Trade surfaces • Work directly with partners to understand integration requirements • Drive product decisions on trading UX patterns, API design • Treat the API as the product • Own the metrics that matter • Collaborate with the Derivatives team • Partner with Sales and BD on strategic deals

• Execute integration programs across multiple acquisitions per year • Lead the full integration lifecycle—from early diligence through 12–24 months post-close • Drive workstream execution across product engineering, G&A, and value creation tracks • Translate deal thesis into detailed operational plans aligned to synergy targets and milestones • Maintain synergy tracking systems and hold functional teams accountable to execution timelines • Identify and own extraction of emerging synergy opportunities post-close • Partner with executive stakeholders across Corp Dev, Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Legal • Maintain visibility into risk, timeline, interdependencies, and value realization across active integrations • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration frameworks, templates, and operating rhythm
