• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Government COR and KO; available 24/7 • Manage on-site and remote personnel across the 88th RD 19-state Area of Operations • Ensure timely submission of all contract deliverables, reports, and required notifications • Oversee contractor Quality Control Plan and PWS compliance • Submit and maintain updated employee rosters to the COR • Develop and submit annual training plan to COR within 30 calendar days of performance start • Participate in post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of documented experience directing or managing multi-functional Army Reserve organizations OR equivalent private sector IT management experience
- Minimum 2 years of documented financial management experience
- IT management, contract management, and building systems familiarity
- Ability to operate independently and make timely decisions managing a contract and geographically dispersed locations
- Ability to analyze organizational/operational problems and develop timely, economical solutions
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communications; ability to conduct meetings, execute plans, and write memorandums of instruction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to write memos, use email, develop and use spreadsheets
- Required Certifications: DoD Cyber Awareness Training; AT Level I Awareness Training; iWATCH Army Training; ATCTS registration required
