Role Description We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Global Energy Management to join our team. Role Description The Senior Construction Cost Manager is responsible for creating controls necessary to lead and administer the complete construction cost control systems. This will include how the company tracks budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts that will ultimately be used to demonstrate competitive project delivery and establish strong benchmarks. Role Description This position is responsible for managing the land portfolio, leading entitlement and post-closing activities as well as managing all pre-development work for NTT GDC America’s recent acquisitions. Role Description The Director, Telemetry Engineering and Operations is responsible for the strategy, engineering, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the organizations Operational Technology telemetry platforms. This role leads the teams responsible for acquiring, processing, and delivering operational data from facility systems while ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and lifecycle management of telemetry services. Working closely with Operational Technology Architecture, Operational Data Platforms, Data Center Operations, Product, and other business stakeholders, the Director ensures telemetry capabilities support operational excellence and enable trusted operational data for internal and external consumers. The role establishes technical direction for telemetry engineering, drives platform standardization, and leads the delivery of resilient, highly available telemetry services across the enterprise. Qualifications - Working knowledge of enterprise telemetry platforms, operational technology systems, systems integration, operational data collection, and platform lifecycle management. - Ability to lead technical teams, establish operational standards, drive platform reliability, and collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, product, and business organizations. - Knowledge of Ignition SCADA platform (Inductive Automation) and Niagara Framework (Tridium). - Knowledge of MQTT telemetry architectures and broker technologies. - Knowledge of industrial protocols (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC-UA). - Knowledge of EPMS/BMS platforms and field device integration. - Knowledge of SQL-based data platforms and historian systems. - Knowledge of OT/IT network infrastructure and secure communications (TLS). - Knowledge of telemetry data modeling, normalization, and ingestion pipelines. - Knowledge of large-scale, multi-site OT telemetry deployments. - Knowledge of data center infrastructure systems (UPS, generators, cooling, PDUs). - Knowledge of ISA-95 and IEC 62443 architecture and OT security principles. - Knowledge of cloud IoT platforms (Azure IoT, AWS IoT). - Knowledge of system integration, commissioning, and operational monitoring. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Automation, or a related technical discipline. - Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered. - Industry certifications related to cloud platforms, industrial automation, systems engineering, or operational technology. - Leadership or project delivery certifications are considered an asset. - 10+ years of experience in Operational Technology, industrial automation, telemetry engineering, systems engineering, or related technical disciplines. - Experience leading engineering and operational teams supporting highly available technology platforms. - Experience implementing and operating enterprise telemetry or industrial monitoring solutions. - Experience integrating operational technology systems with enterprise applications, cloud services, and operational data platforms. - Experience establishing operational processes, monitoring practices, platform lifecycle management, and service reliability. - Experience leading technical modernization initiatives and evaluating commercial technology solutions. - Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and delivering operational technology capabilities within complex enterprise environments. Work Conditions & Other Requirements - Remote, with ability to travel and work in regional data center locations. - Occasional time spent in data center and typical office environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. - Extensive daily usage of computer and/or workstation keyboards and terminals. - Periodic travel to other NTT GDC Americas’ locations, and client or vendor sites. - Must be able to respond to emergency situations at the data center. - Responsible to carry a cell phone and provide 24 x 7 support as needed. - Must be willing to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, late nights, holidays. - Can travel internationally if required. Compensation Pay Range - This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device. - NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location.
