• You're the engineer who makes Claude Code, Cursor, agent-augmented review, and our internal harnesses actually work end-to-end at Aiwyn. • You'll do it with the bias of a working engineer who hates slow loops, not a tooling team that ships frameworks no one uses. • PR cycle time, time-to-first-deploy for new hires, and self-reported "this got out of my way" all move in the right direction. We have data and we're acting on it. • Agent-driven workflows for testing, review, and verification are part of the everyday loop, not an experiment. Engineers trust them. • Every engineer has a workflow that uses Claude Code, Cursor, agent code review, agent QA. • You build the things that compress weeks into hours. • Agents pick up well-scoped bugs and small features and open PRs that humans review. The orchestration is yours to build and own.

• Own the integration roadmap. Identify which systems matter most to firms, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship integrations that customers actually adopt. • Define our platform and API strategy. Decide what we expose, to whom, and how. Shape the long-term vision for Aiwyn as the connective tissue of a modern accounting firm's tech stack. • Go deep with customers and partners. Sit with firms to understand their workflows across systems, and build direct relationships with the vendors whose products they rely on every day. • Partner cross-functionally to execute. Work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to ship, and with sales, CS, and marketing to bring to market.

• Create and maintain test returns for complex federal or state tax returns to ensure compliance with IRS regulations • Stay current on federal and state legislative updates affecting taxation and reporting • Design, document, and execute test scenarios to validate all aspects federal and state calculations and ensure accurate software functionality • Address all possible complexities that can be present in federal and state tax law • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that test scenarios reflect real-world tax preparation challenges • Perform detailed validations of software outputs against manual calculations • Identify and resolve discrepancies, working closely with software developers • Recommend enhancements to improve the accuracy and usability of the tax software • Document test cases, calculation logic, and results to support development and QA processes • Assist in user troubleshooting and support for federal and state calculations

• Manage ambiguous projects autonomously and act as force multipliers across business lines • Contribute to product strategy and drive product vision in collaboration with product leads • Lead design initiatives that span multiple product teams to solve complex challenges • Act as a steward for the design system by driving its evolution • Identify opportunities for improvements in design operations and product shipping

• Define our Agent strategy and identify opportunities to build natively agentic workflows across our platform • Define the roadmap for our new tax return delivery product line and take it from 0>1 • Build our internal reporting and analytics structure • Build our internal customer discovery insight pipeline • Partner with our payments team and create a strategy to scale our payments business to $100M+ • Define our release and feature launch process

• Own the roadmap for Aiwyn's foundational platform layer - the shared components, systems, and patterns that make our platform work • Define strategy for shared systems • Own the strategy and roadmap for Aiwyn's customer-facing analytics and reporting product • Develop a deep understanding of how accounting firms use data to manage their practices • Work with customers, customer success, and sales to identify reporting gaps that create the most friction and unlock the most value • Define the experience for how users discover, interact with, save, and share reports
