Account Executive, Program Manager

Bloomerang

• Drive New Sales team performance and revenue impact in tandem with the existing Account Executive Program Manager by ensuring sellers have the skills, confidence, knowledge, and resources to execute effectively. • Design, deliver, and iterate on enablement programs and training—both 1:1 and group—while maintaining accurate, accessible sales processes and high-impact communications. • Identify opportunities to improve seller performance, maintain standards, and scale best practices to maximize revenue outcomes and ensure clarity and alignment that contribute to the overall success of Bloomerang's projects. • Assist in onboarding new sellers • Build seller skills through coaching, group training, and targeted programs • Drive change management and adoption of new processes and changes across the sales organization as we grow and scale • Partner with Sales leadership to develop solutions and strategies that improve team performance

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the Software industry is required
  • Coach reps through 1:1s and group sessions to build skill, confidence, and consistent execution against targets
  • Train New Business reps to sell and bundle the One Giving Platform effectively
  • Work with AEs (especially mid-market) to build advanced selling skills like multithreading, board-level conversations, and partner-led deals to expand pipeline
  • Pull together input from teams like Marketing and RevOps, distill it into clear guidance, and shield reps from noise
  • Work with sales leaders and RevOps to keep the sales process clear, usable, and followed
  • Actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission
  • Help AEs connect the Giving Platform to real outcomes for nonprofit customers
  • Support planning and execution of Go-to-Market Kickoff and SABRs
  • Design, test, and iterate on enablement programs to drive New Sales revenue; scale on what works and drop what doesn’t
  • Maintain a clear, organized view of New Sales enablement work, timelines, and dependencies
  • Work with the other enablement program managers to improve efficiency and occasionally lead org-wide training
