Role Description We are seeking an enthusiastic, strategic, and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to join our Product, QA & Design organization. This role owns the end-to-end product marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategy across departments, while ensuring our products are clearly understood, differentiated, and adopted at scale. - Own and lead the global product marketing and GTM strategy for Foundever products, ensuring strong cross-departmental alignment. - Lead and mentor the technical writing and product documentation team, setting standards for clarity, consistency, and quality. - Partner closely with Product Managers to translate technical capabilities and release notes into clear, compelling user-facing narratives. - Define product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and feature naming in collaboration with Product and Marketing. - Oversee the creation and maintenance of product documentation, FAQs, internal guides, and enablement materials. - Drive product launch planning and execution across Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Operations teams. - Create and publish regular product news digests to keep internal stakeholders aligned on roadmap progress and releases. - Organize and host internal product webinars, demos, and enablement sessions for global audiences. - Develop, review, and refine sales enablement assets, including battle cards, competitive positioning, and strong value arguments. - Create engaging demo videos and product walkthroughs that clearly communicate value and use cases. - Act as the primary bridge between Product teams and users, ensuring feedback informs messaging and GTM strategy. - Champion AI-driven ways of working to improve speed, quality, and scale of product marketing outputs. Qualifications - Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Communications, or a related leadership role. - Proven experience owning and executing GTM strategies for complex, technology-driven products. - Demonstrated leadership experience. - Strong background translating highly technical concepts into impactful, user-centric messaging. - Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams. Requirements - Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with strong storytelling capability. - Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and delivery focus. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams. - AI-native approach to work—actively using AI to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making. - Ability to structure compelling product narratives, demos, and competitive arguments for diverse audiences. - Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving product environments. Education and Qualifications - Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Product Management, or a related field. - Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum). - French or Spanish language skills are a bonus. Tools and Applications - Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Experience with collaboration, documentation, and product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro). - Hands-on experience with Loom or similar tools to create engaging demo videos and walkthroughs. - Strong, practical use of Generative AI as a core part of daily work (required, not optional). - Knowledge of CX platforms or SaaS products is a bonus.
