Principal, Product Marketing

LifeStance Health

• Understand the psychology of physician referrals and build the positioning of LifeStance as a referral destination. • Build and maintain the BD content arsenal. • Define how referral partners are engaged through automated email, SMS, and other marketing touchpoints. • Write campaign briefs that our demand-generation team executes. • Maintain a live view of our competitive set. • Embed with sales leadership and clinician liaison field teams. • Provide messaging refresh and collateral support for the clinician recruiting team.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B product marketing experience with at least 3 years directly supporting a field or inside sales team.
  • Demonstrable positioning and messaging chops.
  • Campaign brief fluency.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce).
  • Operational discipline.
  • Sales credibility.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.

Role Description Fluxx is looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Product Marketing to own how we position, launch, and differentiate our platform in the market. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, and revenue growth, serving as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. This leader will own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution, developing compelling product positioning and messaging, driving successful product launches, and influencing best-in-class sales enablement.
