• Own end-to-end implementation plans for enterprise customers: timeline, milestones, dependencies, risk, and stakeholder accountability • Run the handoff from Sales at deal close in partnership with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering: validate services scope, timeline commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness • Coordinate workspace architecture, migration, and integration workstreams (SSO/SCIM, Slack, GitHub, Jira sync, custom integrations) across customer IT, Solutions Engineering, and engineering escalations • Build the enablement calendar in partnership with Customer Education, drive persona-based training plans, and run wave-by-wave rollout planning • Own go-live execution and the first 30 days post-launch: adoption tracking, rapid issue triage, and a structured handoff to the CSM • Define and enforce the services engagement model so every enterprise deal has a clear scope, deliverables, and boundaries before kickoff • Build the implementation playbook: turn each rollout into a documented, repeatable framework that scales with the business

• Own recruiting coordination for a high volume of open roles and create a consistent, well-run hiring experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers • Be the operational heartbeat of the candidate experience — scheduling, work trial coordination, and offer logistics are often the ones candidates remember most • Own our recruiting tech stack: keep our ATS (Ashby) clean and well-configured (templates, sequences, stages, reporting) and manage vendor administration • Support the offer process: send offers, manage approval coordination, and shepherd candidates through logistics to their start date • Continuously look for ways to automate and streamline: use AI and modern tooling to move faster without sacrificing candidate experience • Design and own the onboarding experience at Linear: build an onboarding journey that's thoughtful, well-coordinated across teams, scaleable, and leaves every new hire feeling set up for success from offer acceptance through their first few months • Maintain people systems and data accuracy across our HRIS and ATS • Coordinate employee lifecycle events including onboarding, transfers, and location changes • Identify opportunities to make People Operations more efficient: automate the repeatable, improve the manual, and build systems that scale with the team

• Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases, key launches, and strategic product narratives • Partner closely with Product management, Engineering, and Design to refine how products are presented across in-product and external surfaces • Create and coordinate launch deliverables such as changelogs, demos, enablement materials, email, social copy, and go-to-market communications • Equip Sales, CX, and other customer-facing teams with the context and materials they need to communicate new launches effectively • Bring customer insight, product understanding, and market context back into product and launch decisions

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Linear’s largest customers - act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback • Become a product expert and help customers use Linear to drive business outcomes • Drive customer onboarding and training on Linear’s features and best practices; continually strive to expand the usage and adoption of Linear within accounts • Be the voice of the customer; advocate for customer needs internally, collaborating with product, sales, and support teams to address challenges and drive enhancements in the product

• Operate and extend Linear's compliance program end-to-end — maintain and mature our SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and other relevant certifications (roadmap: ISO 27701, ISO 42001) while keeping audit overhead low and evidence collection as automated as possible • Be the primary point of contact for security questionnaires, customer trust reviews, and enterprise procurement conversations — turn what's often a bottleneck into a competitive advantage • Run our risk management program — identify emerging risks across the product, infrastructure, and vendor landscape, drive remediation with the right owners, and surface clear signal to leadership • Partner closely with engineering to embed compliance controls into how we build — shape policy and tooling so security requirements land early in the development process, not as a retrofit • Manage our third-party risk program — evaluate vendors and subprocessors, maintain our inventory, and ensure our supply chain meets the bar we hold ourselves to on both security and privacy • Help scale the GRC function with automation — reduce manual toil, build durable processes, and ensure the program grows with the business without linearly growing headcount

• Work closely with founders, product, and design to implement new concepts and ideas • Build AI-powered functionality into the core of Linear • Update our collaborative content editor used across all internal surfaces • Build new user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components • Obsessively improve application performance • Refine our software development processes to keep the team operating at high velocity

• Support customers in end-to-end engagement, including onboarding, account setup, debugging issues, feature and integration discovery • Investigate and resolve inbound customer issues reported through all communication channels, including email, Slack, Twitter, and Reddit • Partner with our engineering team to document and reproduce bugs • Surface trends and insights from customer feedback to the team at large to inform product choices • Lead select strategic projects to improve the support experience, internal knowledge sharing, and product operations

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close: financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and flux analysis • Build our accounting infrastructure from scratch: chart of accounts, close cadence, internal controls, and accounting policies • Lead our annual audit and keep us audit-ready year-round • Manage tax compliance, payroll accounting, and entity-level filings • Partner with Finance, Legal, and People to keep financial operations aligned with how the business is actually running • Find and eliminate manual work: automate what can be automated, document what needs to be documented • Eventually hire and manage a small team of accountants while staying hands-on in the work yourself

• Pair closely with engineering and product to initiate and complete roadmap projects, no hand-offs • Spot opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows, as well as smaller quality issues and “paper cuts” as you use Linear • Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate ideas and describe their execution • Guide and inspire fellow designers through collaborative critique of work-in-progress • Use and improve our lightweight design system components • Help with hiring new teammates that can elevate our team and product
