Field Service Technician

Aristocrat

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues • Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation • Report on trends, needs, and service challenges • Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation • Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools • Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily • Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record

Core Responsibilities - Maintain a high level of Dermatology therapeutic area expertise, scientific knowledge, and business acumen to support brand strategy and develop Field Medical teams. - Translates medical strategic priorities into clear field medical goals, objectives, and initiatives with performance metrics to demonstrate the value proposition of the Field Medical team. - Works with Field Directors to develop the external KOL and HCP engagement strategy to maximize field territory plans, contribute strategically and tactically to National KOL and HCP engagement efforts, scientific meeting planning and execution, and professional society engagement. - Cross-functional leadership and collaboration within US and Global Medical Affairs, US Commercial, Clinical Development, Business Development, and other functions for synergistic opportunities, and represent Immunology on cross-TA initiatives and teams, such as the US Field Medical Leadership Board (FMLB). - Management and development of all team members including hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, performance management, and career development. - Represent Dermatology MSL team and provide key strategic and leadership contributions as a member of the Medical Affairs Leadership Team (MALT), Integrated Evidence Team (IET), Launch team meetings (pre- and post-), and annual Business Planning, among others, providing key insights and actionable plans to address needs and opportunities. - Routine oversight of individual and team metrics/requirements to ensure appropriate motivation, recognition, and coaching/intervention for Field Directors and MSLs, as needed, and help shape appropriate metrics and areas of focus, consistent with strategic and scientific needs. - Participates in ride-alongs with MSLs and Field Directors within territories as well as observation at Advisory Boards, congresses, etc. ensuring high quality engagements for coaching and development purposes. - Leverage data analytics and new technology to increase the ability to identify and segment thought leaders and clinical experts, and improve operational effectiveness with metrics and dashboards in the field. - Establish and improve processes for capturing, analyzing, and communicating field insights. - Determine headcount capacity and directly accountable for an operating budget and alignment with US medical affairs resource needs. - Supports ongoing and proposed clinical trials, including prospective Phase 3b/4 and Post Marketing Commitment (PMC) studies through the MSL team and representing the team as national leader. Qualifications - An advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or an APP degree, e.g. DNP) is required. - Minimum of 3 years previous Medical Affairs Leadership experience, including MSL leadership. - A minimum of 8 years of Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Research & Development experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required. - Dermatology and/or Immunology experience strongly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment. - Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Role Description As a Fuel Handling Equipment Field Service Technician, you will help support our FHE Outage and Maintenance Services team. You will provide support for nuclear fuel handling equipment or outage critical cranes, conducting field service support at remote operating nuclear power plants and local service center operations. You will use high technology service equipment in a manner reflecting Westinghouse's commitment to the highest levels of safety and quality. You will report to the Fuel Handling Equipment Outage and Maintenance Supervisor. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States but does require significant travel. Projects are 2-4 weeks but during Spring and Fall may involve traveling 2 to 3 months at a time before going home to reset. Key Responsibilities: - Install, set-up, and maintain fuel handling/outage critical crane equipment at customer sites worldwide. - Review operational procedures, maintenance procedures, and drawings in detail. - Provide support to engineering and training by performing activities such as: - Equipment modifications - Equipment setup and testing - Mock-up preparation - Process testing - Equipment and process qualifications - Document equipment performance issues during field implementation, and ensure corrective actions are complete before next scheduled use. - Participate in training programs to acquire and maintain certifications and keep current with technology and procedures. - Perform all assigned tasks with support, with a high degree of quality, and within the parameters of qualified procedures and guidelines. Qualifications - High school graduate or the recognized equivalent plus 2 year, post high school degree/certificate or equivalent in experience. - Specific knowledge and training in electrical, electronic, programmable logic controller, or mechanical components. - 4 or more years of experience where satisfactorily demonstrated evidence of mechanical, electrical and programmable logic controller knowledge and skill. Nuclear industry experience is beneficial. - This position is subject to the requirements of Westinghouse and customer security, unescorted access, and fitness for responsibility programs. - Requires the ability to occasionally carry/lift up to 50 pounds. - Individual must have full range of motion i.e. ability to reach, climb, kneel, squat, grasp, bend forwards and backwards, sit, and stand for 4 hours per day. - Must pass a Westinghouse physical which includes a spirometer for the ability to wear a respirator.
