We specialize in digital analytics, media enablement, and privacy-centric solutions that help the world’s largest brands optimize their marketing strategies. Our culture is built on passion, ownership, diversity, trust, respect, and continuous growth—values that have earned us multiple "best places to work" awards, including a Great Place to Work certification and recognition as the #1 place to work in Ohio. About this Role: The Customer Solutions Advisor is a pivotal role responsible for fostering deep, strategic partnerships with InfoTrust's customers and successfully renewing commercial relationships year over year. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will leverage a profound understanding of analytics and privacy-centric solutions to drive retention, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customers derive maximum value from their investments. You will command executive-level conversations, managing the intersection of technical delivery and business strategy to position InfoTrust as a long-term strategic partner. Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Advisor: Strategic Account Management: Build and nurture strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders, ranging from day-to-day contacts to executive leadership (VPs, SVPs, C-level), while proactively monitoring data consumption and usage to maintain high satisfaction levels. Revenue Growth & Contract Management: Lead the renewal process for all aligned accounts with the goal of meeting and exceeding retention targets. You will manage contract dates, drive renewals to signature, and identify upsell opportunities to increase Spend Under Management (SUM). Value Articulation & Education: Confidently present InfoTrust’s analytics and privacy-centric solutions, articulating their value and ROI to marketers through data-driven insights and storytelling. You will act as an educator, helping clients understand how the AdTech ecosystem and Google platforms solve their specific business challenges. You will actively gather feedback to inform solution development and improve the overall customer experience. You could be a great fit if: You possess 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, with a focus on revenue growth, retention, and contract management. You have a strong working knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform (GA4, CM360, DV360) and the digital advertising industry , with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills , capable of building rapport and commanding credibility with executive-level stakeholders. You have a proven track record of analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and risk mitigation. You are comfortable managing contract negotiations , including renewals and upselling strategies, and are motivated by achieving retention targets. You love growth -- you love to focus on upskilling yourself, your clients, and staying on top of recent industry trends. You enjoy working cross functionally and can share experiences where you navigated the dynamics of working with sales, delivery, and client teams. Bonus: AI Fluency: Experience applying artificial intelligence tools and principles to enhance productivity and decision-making workflows. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium) or server-side tagging concepts. You shouldn’t apply if: You prefer a purely back-end technical support role and are uncomfortable with commercial responsibilities, such as negotiating contracts or carrying a renewal target. You do not enjoy presenting to groups or leading high-stakes meetings with executive stakeholders. Logistics: Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. This role requires the ability to travel approximately 15% of the time (or twice a quarter) for client meetings and events. We offer flexible work options to suit your preferences and lifestyle.
