Role Description As a Product Support Specialist at Cadwell, you'll be the expert our customers turn to when they need help getting the most out of their medical devices. • Develop and execute a comprehensive editorial calendar that aligns content outputs with product launch cycles and quarterly business objectives, measured by the consistency and completeness of planned content outputs relative to agreed-upon timelines. • Create, edit, and manage high-impact content, including digital ad campaigns, white papers, case studies, brochures, and catalogs for web, social media, and email, measured by stakeholder satisfaction, adherence to brand voice, and minimal revision cycles through internal review. • Lead content strategy for the company website (WordPress), ensuring site is optimized for both search engines and AI-driven answer engines (SEO/AEO), measured by directional improvement in audience engagement and content discoverability over defined review periods. • Collaborate with product management to develop tools that empower our global sales force to address clinical objections and community value across product and services lines, measured by utilization rates and qualitative feedback from the direct sales team and international distributors. • Maintain and enforce the content and editorial style guide to ensure messaging consistency across all public-facing touchpoints, from social media posts to large-scale trade show graphics, measured by cross-functional stakeholder feedback and periodic brand consistency audits. • Utilize project management and other marketing tech tools to manage publication schedules, agency relationships, and cross-departmental collaborations, measured by stakeholder feedback and the ability to manage competing priorities without disruption to output quality or deadlines. • Use GA4 and Salesforce data to measure campaign effectiveness, reporting on content utilization and ROI to inform future iterations. • Proficiency with AI-assisted content tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper) to accelerate content production, with a demonstrated understanding of how to apply human editorial judgment and regulatory review protocols to AI-generated output. • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Position Summary: The Account Integrity Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer account data across company systems. This role supports operational excellence by creating new accounts, auditing existing records, maintaining ERP data integrity, and managing quarterly GPO maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop an in-depth knowledge of Cadwell’s products, services, customer structure, and business processes - Create and maintain customer accounts in Syteline and related systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy of required documentation and data fields. Process account creation requests and perform account updates, including address changes, acquisitions, and other customer record modifications. - Audit existing customer accounts to ensure data accuracy, proper classification, pricing alignment, account hierarchy, tax status, and compliance with internal policies - Clean and standardize account data in Syteline, correcting discrepancies, duplicates, inactive records, and incomplete information - Perform quarterly GPO maintenance, including contract validation, pricing updates, eligibility verification, and system updates to ensure compliance with agreements - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service, and other departments to resolve account discrepancies and clarify account structure or contract details - Ensure proper documentation and record retention in accordance with company policies and audit requirements - Support ERP and CRM (Salesforce) data integrity initiatives, including reporting, data validation, and process improvement efforts. Position Summary: Cadwell is seeking a Product Owner – EEG to serve as the vital link between our clinical vision and engineering execution. This role is designed for a professional with a technical foundation who has gained hands-on experience in the EEG clinical environment and now wishes to drive product development from the "inside." As the Technical Translator for the EEG product line, you will spend approximately 70% of your time working directly with the engineering team to manage the product backlog, lead technical grooming, and ensure that every feature, whether hardware or software, is clinically usable and technically sound. The Product Owner works in close partnership with the Product Manager, who owns overall product strategy, market positioning, and lifecycle decisions. The Product Owner ensures that strategy is translated into technically sound and executable development plans. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Backlog Ownership & Prioritization: Manage and refine the EEG product backlog to align with PM roadmap and business priorities, ensuring the team is always working on the most impactful features and maintenance tasks to resolve competing priorities. - Features Definition: Translate clinical workflows and user needs into clear product features.
