Role Description As a Associate Team Lead Growth, you’ll play a key role in driving the performance of Homa’s live mobile game portfolio. You will own the execution of game-level growth strategies, manage a team of junior Growth Specialists, and operate at the intersection of UA, monetization, and product — using data, AI, and creative thinking to unlock scale on games that millions of players enjoy. Your main responsibilities will include: - Own live portfolio growth — execute the growth strategy for assigned live games, drive ROI improvement through AB testing, ad network optimization, and data-informed iteration. - Lead a team — manage 2–3 junior Growth Specialists, set clear expectations, develop their skills, and hold them accountable to outcomes. - Drive cross-team execution — collaborate closely with Monetization and Product teams to align on priorities, launch the right tests, and turn insights into game improvements. - Activate the right ad networks — identify and prioritize ad network models that fit each game’s stage and KPIs, executing with speed to capture scale opportunities. - Build smarter with AI — use AI tools every day to analyze data across games, automate processes, and continuously find new ways to operate with more leverage.
