Role Description As a Performance and Growth manager, you will serve as the strategic growth partner for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. You will take ownership of growth planning, commercial strategy, and performance outcomes across your accounts, helping founders and leadership teams make better decisions, identify opportunities, and unlock profitable growth. Whilst paid social remains a core acquisition channel, your focus extends far beyond campaign management. Qualifications - 4+ years of paid social, growth marketing, or e-commerce growth experience within an agency or DTC environment. - Deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. - Strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of business growth drivers. - Proven ability to translate marketing performance into commercially relevant recommendations. - Advanced understanding of growth planning and customer acquisition strategy. - Highly proficient in Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and performance reporting environments. - Experience leading strategic client relationships. - Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members. - Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Passionate about performance marketing, innovation, and helping brands achieve meaningful growth.
