Role Description The Sr. Growth Consultant, Payer Solutions Commercial role is a dynamic opportunity focused on helping our health plan partners grow their employer group pharmacy benefit business. This important role is part of the Evernorth Market Development team, a cutting-edge consulting group specializing in PBM go-to-market strategy. The Sr. Growth Consultant will support our health plans' commercial employer business through all aspects of the sales process. - Partner with assigned clients to assist in their overall medical & pharmacy sales strategy. - Engage local brokers, consultants, and prospective clients. - Develop an overall sales strategy in conjunction with sales and pharmacy executives at assigned health plan clients. - Be the strategic advisor and feet on the ground to assist health plan clients in growing their pharmacy lives. Qualifications - BA/BS or equivalent experience. - Knowledge of healthcare consulting industry dynamics including TPA’s, health plans, brokers, consultants, and coalitions. - Medical network evaluations and analysis. - Knowledge of the TPA medical model. - Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. - 10+ years of sales/business development experience. - Strong presentation skills with articulate, clear messaging. - Experience and comfort level in communicating with VP level and C-level contacts. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool preferred. - Ability to compile, analyze, and report on common sales metrics. - Detail-oriented and organized. - Demonstrated strategic business decision-making experience. - Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Excel. - Knowledge of the healthcare and PBM industry required. - Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results. - Demonstrated strong project management ability. - Ability to travel overnight up to 15%. Requirements - Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. Benefits - Annual salary of 126,300 - 210,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. - Eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan. - Comprehensive range of health-related benefits including medical, vision, dental, and well-being and behavioral health programs. - 401(k) and company-paid life insurance. - Tuition reimbursement. - A minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year. - Paid holidays and leaves of absence.
