Sustainability Program Analyst
Industrial Manufacturing
• Support the coordination and execution of sustainability programs and initiatives. • Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and KPIs across multiple initiatives. • Help maintain documentation such as program plans, trackers, and status updates. • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, supply chain, finance) to support project execution. • Collect, validate, and manage sustainability data, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. • Assist in maintaining greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories aligned with the GHG Protocol. • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. • Support development of dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. • Partner with internal teams to support initiatives related to energy efficiency, facility emissions, waste, and water management. • Assist in evaluating sustainability improvement opportunities through basic analysis and research. • Support preparation of sustainability disclosures and reports (e.g., SASB, GRI, CSRD). • Assist with data gathering for audits, customer requests, and ESG questionnaires (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis). • Monitor and summarize emerging sustainability regulations and standards. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data and support initiatives. • Help prepare materials for leadership updates and external communications. • Contribute to internal sustainability awareness and engagement efforts. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sustainability, data analysis, operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with data (Excel, dashboards, or similar tools).
- Basic understanding of sustainability concepts (GHG emissions, ESG, or climate-related frameworks).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
- Able to travel for work 25-30%.

• Own the OEM partner relationship completely, serving as the primary point of contact, running QBRs, and making sure partners get value from working with Motive • Drive dealer adoption and account growth by developing sales initiatives and working closely with the sales team on program-level outreach strategies • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across the OEM dealer base • Monitor program performance health including identifying risks early, spot growth opportunities, and bring recommendations backed by data • Oversee day to day task, ensuring timely and quality delivery of deliverables • Coordinate across sales, engineering, and operations to execute program initiatives, track open items, and escalate what needs attention • Keep all internal documentation current across your portfolio, including program specs, partner requirements, and process guides • Deliver monthly updates and quarterly business reviews to OEM partners, covering performance, KPIs, product updates, and strategic alignment • Keep leadership informed with regular updates on program health, wins, challenges, and what's coming
