• Manage wind, solar, storage, geothermal projects within the California market. • Lead development activities in early, mid, and/or late stages of projects • Identify development prospects, including market assessments, fatal flaw identification and initial site reconnaissance. • Secure site control for development prospects, including negotiating leases, easements and other agreements with landowners. • Take a lead role in obtaining certain local, state and/or federal permits. • Represent Invenergy with customers, landowners, state and local officials and other stakeholders. • Initiate generation interconnection activities. • Manage tasks according to budgets and schedules, including coordinating internal and external technical support.
• Support the Wind operating fleet in all aspects of operations • Primary focus on in-field troubleshooting and return to service efforts • Partner with site teams to return turbines to service while training newer technicians • Travel within the US fleet to support Invenergy owned and third party contracted sites • Diagnose faults and repair equipment in a safe and efficient manner • Support pilot projects to evaluate new equipment, tools, and/or processes • Assist with managing deliverables and contractual obligations • Prepare and implement operating procedures which comply with company, customer, and industry standards • Support High Voltage switching, as needed • Identify, document, and communicate opportunities for operational and quality improvements • Provide a high level of professionalism and technical expertise, while working with minimal oversight • Lead, assist and work alongside technicians in all aspects of their required job duties • Perform on-the-job (OJT) training functions with site technicians • Evaluate and supervise contractor scope and repair work • Perform QA/QC inspections at all locations across the fleet

Field Service Technician – 100% Travel, Rotational Position

• Collaboratively represent Invenergy and the Field Service Group to internal and external parties. • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in multiple equipment platforms • Train site personnel in Operations activities including: Safety, Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Ops Support System. • Lead teams to perform major component replacements and repairs on multiple equipment platforms and component manufacturers. • Troubleshoot complicated electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems • Understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic functions of multiple equipment platforms • Perform equipment and site inspections and compile associated reports. • Complete daily and monthly reporting requirements. • Write and revise procedures and documents on how to perform each component replacement. • Assure all activities are performed in a safe manner consistent with Invenergy policies and procedures. • Rotational position travel in 4 week intervals away from home while returning for a week off.

Senior Project Engineer, SCADA Engineering – Thermal

• As a SCADA Sr. Project Engineer, you will be on the Construction team, with responsibility for the engineering, procurement support, commissioning, and acceptance of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and associated communications and control infrastructure for thermal generation projects. • The role requires close coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders to develop conceptual control system designs, manage procurement activities, and oversee detailed design, commissioning, and site acceptance testing through project completion. • The scope includes DCS and plant IT/OT platforms such as RTACs, RTUs, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), network switches, firewalls, annunciators, HMIs, and all associated connectivity supporting steam turbine, combined-cycle, simple-cycle gas turbine, and geothermal facilities. • The scope may also include providing support for renewable energy projects, as needed.
