• Responsible for the profit and loss (P and L) of a complex program(s). • Responsible for providing program management oversight to a single customer requiring coordination of program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors. • Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. • Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs. • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. • Develops new business or expands services with the customer. • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. • Directs the work of employees assigned to the program.
Job Requirements
- 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
- Experience leading projects that include software engineering design, test and evaluation.
- Experience planning, as well as execution and financial management of the project/program.
- Experience interfacing directly with both technical and contractual customers to provide status updates and negotiate change orders.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. level Secret Clearance.

Manage team dynamics and staff well-being. • Oversee technical assistance and capacity strengthening activities in emergency response and recovery for staff and partner organizations to enhance program quality and impact.
