• Responsible for providing program management oversight to a single customer requiring coordination of program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors. • Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. • Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs. • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. • Leads overall program strategy, planning, and execution for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and/or cost-plus contracts. • Develops comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, while coordinating internal funding execution and government customer requirements throughout the fiscal year. • Manages financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis. • Identifies, assesses, and mitigates program risks while implementing effective contingency plans. • Leads and motivates diverse teams of project managers, engineers, analysts, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. • Establishes performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders. • Ensures full contract compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to all regulatory and contractual obligations. • Identifies and implements continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. • Regularly engages with key government client stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and align on strategic priorities.

• Provide language-enabled research, analytic services, and forward-thinking insight on complex issues related to China • Be responsible for the full range of activities in processing material or participating in situations requiring advanced capability to perform translation, transcription and interpretation tasks in support of the customer • Prepare assessments of current events based on sophisticated collection, research and analysis of open-source information, as well as develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations • Scan, sort/categorize foreign language written and verbal materials to recover essential elements of information • Complete lists, translations, and transcriptions, of complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken materials from Chinese Mandarin to English, and English to Chinese Mandarin • Perform quality control on language processing activities • Independently monitor and research various media to identify relevant Chinese language web content • Perform translations of various types of documents • Transcribe information into summaries • Additional duties as assigned or required

• Responsible for providing program management oversight to a single customer requiring coordination of program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors. • Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. • Identifies, develops, and implements near-term and long-term business strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies, services, follow-on products, and/or industries. • Program may be based out of a single location utilizing established technologies requiring standard applications to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems. • Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs. • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. • Identifies markets, licensing opportunities, and determines the feasibility of business and product development. • Coordinates with internal departments in identifying and implementing business development projects. • Develops and disseminates information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals and objectives. • Evaluate progression of project milestones and modify work as applicable to ensure overall project quality and schedule are being attained. • Regularly engage with key government stakeholders. • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. • Directs the work of employees assigned to the program.

• Serve as the focal point for all operations within the USSOUTHCOM AOR. • Provide leadership, management, and guidance to all on‑site personnel. • Act as the primary liaison with Government representatives and ensure consistent communication and alignment with mission requirements. • Ensure all deployed personnel coordinate operational activities through the local U.S. military chain of command. • Oversee ground operations at the site, including daily mission coordination and operational support. • Serve as the final operations approval authority for contractor activities. • Maintain responsibility for operational procedures and the development, accuracy, and submission of operational reports. • Support operations at locations where aircraft and ISR missions are conducted. • Maintain appropriate electronic and hard copy products, reports, and records. • Other duties may be assigned.

• Support day-to-day management of administration and operational tasks under the direction of the STINGRAI Business Operations Lead • Support day-to-day internal business processes across functional departments • Assist in project coordination, logistics, recruiting, and procurement of resources and management • Support execution of all subcontracts on STINGRAI • Collaborate and coordinate across the task order with internal and external stakeholders, interface with and spearhead communications across multiple internal business areas to ensure pertinent stakeholder involvement • Support aspects of program administrative and financial management, with principal responsibilities including financial reporting and control, contract, subcontractor and security management, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), presentation templates, continuous improvement initiatives, and portal content • Responsible for developing and disseminating templates to standardize administrative aspects of project set-up and execution • Interface with the Program Support Office (PSO) to ensure subcontractors are provided onboarding training and support to ensure compliance with AAS policies and accuracy of RIPs, TARs, Trip Reports, and invoicing • Coordinate the functional matrixed support, providing clear direction, oversight, and accountability in coordination with shared services leadership, escalating issues early and often.

• Collaborate with the team using Confluence, Discourse, GitLab, and Jira • Perform code reviews and ensure high standards of software quality • Present status updates and progress to leadership and customers • Conduct multidisciplinary research in support of modeling and development goals • Contribute to team vision discussions and simulation software architecture planning • Design, develop, document, test, and debug space simulation software

• Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. • Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. • Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. • Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections. • Develop and enhance Single Page Applications (SPAs) using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React. • Lead user experience modernization initiatives, creating responsive, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that improve usability and adoption. • Implement workflow interfaces and automate business processes through integrations with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Design and develop RESTful APIs and service layers to support seamless front-end and back-end integration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid iterative enhancements in an Agile environment. • Apply secure application development practices throughout the software development lifecycle to meet DoD security and compliance requirements. • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support end-to-end quality assurance activities. • Document technical solutions, user guides, and system configurations as required. • Performs additional duties as assigned or required to advance mission goals.
