• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET technologies • Build clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with established design patterns and best practices (e.g., SOLID principles) • Develop and customize user interfaces using DevExpress components to deliver responsive and user-friendly experiences • Integrate internal and third-party APIs, including designing RESTful services and managing authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and token-based systems • Write optimized SQL queries and manage database objects including stored procedures, functions, and scheduled SQL jobs • Develop and maintain Windows Services and background processing solutions for high-volume or long-running operations • Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines and code repositories using Azure DevOps • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues through effective debugging, log analysis, and root cause identification • Optimize application and database performance through tuning and monitoring techniques • Create and maintain clear, structured, and auditable technical documentation, including design documentation and proof of change records • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with business requirements

• Meeting assistance: Document key points, decisions, and action items during meetings. Ensure clear communication of these details to all relevant parties. • Agenda Preparation: Collaborate with account managers to prepare detailed agendas for client meetings, aligning with client goals and account strategies. • Change Management Initiatives: Organize and tee up for the SA/CSM • Gainsight Entry: Accurately input and manage client data within the Gainsight platform, tracking customer health and identifying opportunities for engagement. • Ticket Submissions: Efficiently process and submit tickets related to client requests or Initiatives, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Phones – You will be asked to answer incoming phone calls, enter tickets in the Sourcepass standard format and document everything in our ticketing database • Emails - You will be asked to enter tickets into our database that arrive via our customer email portal • Data Entry – You will be asked to process data entry tasks as needed • Outbound Calling – You will be asked to call clients to inform them of scheduling and/or changes • You will be asked to assist management team in special projects as deemed necessary

• Design, develop, and maintain custom PHP and MySQL applications supporting business critical workflows • Build and maintain custom WordPress plugins and integrations (not theme only or page builder work) • Develop modern frontend applications using Next.js and React, with deployment experience on Vercel • Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive, accessible code, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers • Contribute to Cursor assisted development workflows, leveraging AI tools responsibly to increase quality and velocity • Develop and enhance SharePoint solutions, including customizations, integrations, and workflow improvements • Participate actively in Agile sprint ceremonies, including grooming, planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives • Work within a story point / actual point sprint model, delivering predictable and measurable outcomes • Collaborate with product managers, QA, designers, and other engineers to deliver high quality releases • Adhere to established SDLC standards, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and deployment practices • Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing systems to improve performance, stability, and maintainability

• Work collaboratively with sales team, procurement, and the project management team • Provide Sales Support to Account Executives, providing various quotes and proposals for customers including but not limited to GSA, OGS, Omnia pricing quotations in a timely fashion. • Enter new customer information and work with sales tickets/opportunities utilizing Connectwise & Hubspot • Utilize SharePoint and other tools for organizing all documentation • Collaborate with Partners and Distributors on obtaining quotations • Provide technical support to the quote and proposal process • Perform deal registrations with our partners • Respond to vendor phone calls or e-mails in an efficient manner • Participate in BID and RFP responses • Manage E-Rate related activities through designated tools and portals to search applications, maintain records, and ensure program compliance. • Participate with managing and maintaining all state and federal contracts including, modifications. • Participate with managing cooperative education contracts. • Perform Monthly/Quarterly/Annual contract reporting • Participate in audit responses and researching and resolving contract reporting issue. • Ensure procurement contracts are in compliance. • Work closely with our partners contract administrators when maintaining and registering of contracts • Collaborate with Marketing on sales materials, newsletters, and blogs. • Participate in the development of monthly team announcements within the company. • Ability to work with new application tools and creating dashboards and charts in Brightgauge. • Assist in any special projects as needed.
