OEM Program Manager
Motive
• Own the OEM partner relationship completely, serving as the primary point of contact, running QBRs, and making sure partners get value from working with Motive • Drive dealer adoption and account growth by developing sales initiatives and working closely with the sales team on program-level outreach strategies • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across the OEM dealer base • Monitor program performance health including identifying risks early, spot growth opportunities, and bring recommendations backed by data • Oversee day to day task, ensuring timely and quality delivery of deliverables • Coordinate across sales, engineering, and operations to execute program initiatives, track open items, and escalate what needs attention • Keep all internal documentation current across your portfolio, including program specs, partner requirements, and process guides • Deliver monthly updates and quarterly business reviews to OEM partners, covering performance, KPIs, product updates, and strategic alignment • Keep leadership informed with regular updates on program health, wins, challenges, and what's coming
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in program management, account management, or a similar client-facing role, OEM or automotive experience preferred, with a track record of hitting growth or adoption targets
- Comfortable managing multiple complex relationships at once and influencing across teams without direct authority
- Strong communicator who can give a straight answer to a partner and translate that same feedback into something engineering can act on
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; you keep things moving without being asked
