Total Performance ConsultingYour partner for AI, consulting, software development, and nearshore staffing.
Role Description We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to build and run our outbound engine. This is a hands-on, in-the-tools role — not a strategy-deck role. You’ll own list-building, data enrichment, sequencing, copy, and reporting, and you’ll work directly with the CEO and our content lead to keep the funnel moving. If you have built outbound from zero before — ideally at a small consulting or B2B services firm — and you actually enjoy the craft of cold outbound (the data work, the testing, the obsession with reply rates), we want to talk. What You’ll Own - ICP and list-building: - Define and continuously refine our ideal customer profiles within mid-market banking and healthcare. - Build target account lists and contact lists that match. - Data enrichment and tooling: - Run our outbound stack — Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar — to enrich accounts and contacts with the signals that actually predict reply rates. - Cold outbound campaigns: - Write, launch, and iterate on cold email and LinkedIn sequences. - Own subject lines, copy, cadence, and personalization at scale. - Testing and optimization: - A/B test relentlessly. - Know your open rates, reply rates, and meeting-booked rates by segment, sequence, and message — and adjust weekly. - Work with our team to set up a Slack bot (or similar) that reports key outbound metrics — volume, opens, replies, subject-line performance — on a regular cadence to the team. - Handoff to sales: - Make sure replies and booked meetings flow cleanly to the CEO and account team, with the right context. - Channel partnerships (stretch): - Help identify and warm up channel partners (vendors, integrators, advisors) who can introduce us into target accounts. Qualifications - 3+ years running outbound campaigns at a B2B SaaS, agency, consulting firm, or RevOps/growth team. - Strong working command of the modern outbound stack: Clay (or equivalent enrichment), Apollo / ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Smartlead / Instantly / Outreach / similar, and basic spreadsheet or SQL fluency. - A real point of view on cold email copy. - Comfort with deliverability fundamentals: domain warm-up, sending infrastructure, list hygiene. - Data-driven by default. - Self-managed and disciplined. - Light AI/automation chops. - Past experience at ColdIQ, Belkins, Martal, Lemlist, or a similar outbound-focused shop. Nice to Have - Direct experience selling into banking, financial services, or healthcare. - Experience with channel/partner-led growth motions. What Success Looks Like in Year One - A repeatable outbound motion is up and running, with stable deliverability and a documented playbook. - Open, reply, and meeting-booked rates are tracked weekly and trending in the right direction. - A meaningful share of Perform’s new-logo pipeline is sourced from outbound — not just referrals. - Reporting (Slack bot or equivalent) gives the team real-time visibility into what’s working and what isn’t. - You’ve built strong working relationships with the CEO, Content Marketing Lead, and AM team, and the handoff from reply to meeting to opportunity is clean. How We Work Perform is remote-first with our office in Milton, GA. This role is open to U.S.-based candidates. We’ll set weekly priorities together; the rest is up to you to execute. You’ll work closely with the CEO, our Content Marketing Lead, and our existing AI/marketing ops support. We are a growing company; expect the work to be fast-paced, high-trust, and lean on process. There is a clear path to a larger role (full-time, growth lead) if the function is working and you want it. How We’ll Know You’re the One - Customer Focus: Acts with customers in mind. - Data Driven: Reaches for the numbers before opining. - Treats outbound as a craft. - Communicates compellingly. - Self-Directed: Takes initiative. - Cool under pressure. - Direct, honest, trustworthy. - Work Ethic: Brings real energy. - Wants to grow — personally, professionally, and as part of a company that is going somewhere. Why Perform - A growing firm with established enterprise clients and a clear position in AI-era services. - Four real service lines behind the marketing — AI, Build, Consult, Hire/Nearshore. - Direct line to the CEO and delivery leaders. - Remote-first with the autonomy that comes with it. - The opportunity to build and own a function as Perform grows. Interested? If you’ve read this far and think it sounds like you, we want to hear from you. Apply through our careers page or reach out directly. Perform is an equal opportunity employer.

Growth Marketer
Pogo TechnologiesPriorities may shift quickly. Oftentimes, we're tackling very ambiguous problems that don't have clear-cut answers. At times, you'll need to build things in a day: we live and breathe a value called "Calculated Speed". We don't have structured management (yet!). We expect more than 9 to 5 - raw hours make an impact at our current stage. We trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule that allows them to be most productive while accommodating other priorities outside of work. We also strongly encourage time off to recharge the batteries: in addition to unlimited PTO, we've implemented a minimum 20 days vacation policy.
Role Description As a Growth Marketer at Pogo, you'll own B2B paid acquisition for a narrow, high-value audience - across digital, out-of-home, and unconventional channels. Specifically, you will: - Run B2B paid acquisition across paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), out-of-home (billboards, direct mail), and other B2B channels. - Get creative with targeting - geo-targeted campaigns around industry events, hyper-targeted ads by company and title, timing-based plays that reach the right person at the right moment. - Contribute to channel and budget strategy alongside the team - work together to figure out what to test, scale, and cut. - Apply analytical rigor to every spend decision - CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, attribution. - Partner with marketing, sales, and design on landing pages, ad creative, and full-funnel optimization. - Test, iterate, and scale what works. Qualifications - Likely 3–6 years of B2B paid acquisition experience at a SaaS company with meaningful paid spend. - You've owned real budget, not a small line item. - You've run multiple paid channels. LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond - you know how to make them work. - You back every spend decision with data. CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, attribution - you have the rigor to defend your calls. - You've worked at a fast-growing organization with real ownership. You don't need to be told what to do. - Bonus: experience with AI tools in marketing workflows; out-of-home, billboard, or direct mail experience; experience marketing to data/insights buyers, market researchers, or brand teams. Requirements - This is not a pure “media buyer” role. We expect paid marketers to think beyond campaign execution - into positioning, landing pages, creative strategy, attribution, and pipeline impact. - We care deeply about efficiency and accountability. Every dollar spent is scrutinized through CAC, ROAS, attribution, and pipeline contribution. You need to enjoy operating with rigor and defending decisions with data. - Things change quickly. Budgets, channels, and priorities may shift rapidly based on performance and market feedback. We optimize aggressively and don’t get overly attached to past strategies. - You'll need to thrive with autonomy. There won't be overly structured playbooks or layers of management. We're looking for someone who can independently identify opportunities, make decisions, and execute quickly. - We expect more than 9 to 5 - raw hours make an impact at our current stage. That said, we trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule that allows them to be most productive while accommodating other priorities outside of work. Benefits - Unlimited PTO with a minimum of 20 days vacation policy.
