Role Description As a Commercial AE, you own the full sales cycle and win new plaintiffs law firm clients across our largest segment by addressable market value. Substantial firms with real budget, real complexity, and real appetite for AI that lets them take on more cases and recover more for their clients. You’ll run multi-stakeholder sales processes, build relationships with firm owners and managing partners, and close high-value deals consistently. What Success Looks Like - First 30 days: Master our product, market, and the plaintiffs law firm buyer. - 60 days: Build a robust pipeline in your territory. Close your first deals. - 90 days: Consistently exceeding monthly targets. - 12 months: On track for Senior AE, Mid Market AE, or leadership for top performers. What You’ll Do - Strategically prospect and create new opportunities with plaintiffs law firms in your territory. - Build and own your pipeline through outbound, referrals, events, and partnerships. - Attend industry conferences and events to meet prospects and create deals. Up to 50% travel. - Run discovery that uncovers real pain. - Deliver demos that showcase measurable ROI and business outcomes. - Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes with firm owners, managing partners, COOs, and IT leadership. - Consistently exceed revenue targets. Role Description The ideal candidate for our Account Executive, New Business role is someone who has a proven track record of closing net new partnerships with independent agencies.
