Senior Technical Sales Representative – Hospitality

• Focus on Honeywell's hospitality brand, INNCOM and Onity • Develop and implement strategies and tactics around guestroom automation solutions • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue generation • Collaborate with key decision makers to expand market share • Maintain close relationships with Operations, R&D, Engineering, and Product Marketing • Prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions to the market • Interface externally with customers, partners, competitors • Understand technological trends, regulatory changes, and trade group initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to travel 30% - Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset

Qualifications - 4+ years of sales experience, specifically in programmatic advertising with experience selling to independent agencies. - Demonstrated expertise owning the complete prospecting and outbound motion for your book of business. - Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of independently closing deals that benefit all parties. - Proven success in a quota-driven environment. - Ability to understand complex business objectives and operate with urgency where needed. - Skilled at communicating technical and platform-based concepts to executive-level prospects. - Excellent understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, competitive environment, and agency operating models. - High level of competency in sales tool usage such as Gong, ZoomInfo, and SalesNavigator. AI usage in the sales cycle is a plus.
