• Owning complex technical escalations end-to-end, coordinating investigations and resolution across multiple teams and system layers • Performing deep technical investigations involving SaaS application behavior, APIs, integrations, SQL databases, and containerized/cloud-native environments • Working through ambiguous, previously undocumented, or pre-runbook issues while contributing improvements back into operational knowledge and troubleshooting documentation • Collaborating effectively with Engineering, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and other teams during high-impact investigations • Writing high-quality bug reports, technical documentation, escalation summaries, and improving internal tooling and troubleshooting workflows • Participating in on-call rotations, including occasional nights, weekends, and select holidays as needed

• Mentor the partners of the whole sales process • Be the technical evangelist supporting partners with the adoption of our products and services • Demonstrate the value of our solutions, helping to close the sale • Work with partners to accelerate new customer acquisition • Enable partners to market, sell, implement and support Akamai solutions to customers in a self-sustaining manner • Conduct training and enablement workshops for a partner's sales, pre-sales and architect teams • Define a partner-specific enablement plan based on the combined Akamai and partner's sales strategy • Collaborate with the Channel Sales team to manage partner progress and success against the enablement plan • Conduct feedback sessions with local presales to understand the challenges partner personnel face with current opportunities • Participate in the partner quarterly business reviews to obtain visibility and feedback from the partner • Represent needs of partners with product, marketing & services teams to drive partners' success

About the Job: As Business Analyst, you will work in a global environment and provide significant individual contribution to the Enterprise application integration efforts. You will own the responsibilities of business analysis end to end.
