Role Description We are seeking a results-oriented, strategic Account Executive (AE) to accelerate our go-to-market efforts and revenue growth within the U.S. CPG and Beverage sector. This pivotal role is responsible for winning new business and expanding relationships with enterprise customers—household names and challengers alike—across the beverage, food, and packaged goods landscape. Key Responsibilities - Achieve $2M+ ARR through closing $500K–$1M+ enterprise solution deals annually - Own full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, pipeline development, qualification, proposal building, negotiation, and close - Forge and expand executive relationships with decision makers in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Revenue/Growth, and IT across major CPG and Beverage brands - Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes typical of the CPG/Beverage vertical (including legal, procurement, and cross-functional teams) - Partner with ecosystem players (technology partners, distributors, GSIs) to enhance solution value and accelerate deal cycles - Maintain up-to-date, disciplined pipeline and accurate sales forecasts in CRM - Represent SymphonyAI at key industry events and drive thought leadership within the CPG/Beverage sector Qualifications - 8+ years of enterprise or large account sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or advanced solutions for CPG, Beverage, Food & Beverage, or manufacturing environments - Demonstrated success selling into CPG/Beverage manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial operations—candidates with only pure AI/software backgrounds without relevant plant or industry exposure will not be considered - Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($500K+), and achieving/exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas - Deep understanding of CPG/Beverage sales cycles, value drivers, and industry trends (route-to-market, e-commerce, DSD, category management, TPM, supply chain) - Strong executive presence and ability to gain trust with senior leaders at Fortune 1000 CPG/Beverage companies - Exceptional pipeline generation, deal orchestration, and solution-selling skills Requirements - Existing network within U.S. CPG/Beverage leadership and key decision makers - Experience in a fast-growth or early-stage technology company - Experience partnering with or selling alongside ecosystem partners (distributors, software platforms, GSIs) - Knowledge of current CPG/Beverage technology landscape (TPM, TPO, SFA, ERP, Data/Analytics, DSD solutions) Work Arrangement - Remote – United States - Travel required for client meetings, industry events, and internal team sessions
