• Strategic expansion of business in the German defence sector as well as with critical infrastructure (KRITIS) and industrial customers • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with military end users, procurement organizations, and leading system integrators • End-to-end management of complex sales cycles, from proposal strategy and solution positioning through negotiation to successful contract closure • Developing, qualifying, and actively managing a high-performing sales pipeline to ensure revenue and growth targets are met • Close coordination with technology partners, system integrators, and internal engineering teams to successfully deliver demanding customer projects
