Senior Architect – Enterprise Solutions Architecture

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for enterprise-scale Azure modernization and transformation programs. • Translate client goals into scalable technical designs, aligning architecture decisions with business priorities and delivery outcomes. • Drive architecture development across delivery teams, ensuring reusable models, design standards, and technical consistency. • Collaborate across adjacent domains (App Innovation, Cloud Platform, Data & AI) to integrate solutions and strengthen architecture cohesion. • Provide architectural oversight through design reviews, delivery frameworks, and technical quality assurance. • Mentor architects and engineering teams, building delivery capability, technical rigor, and cross-domain fluency. • Contribute to IP and framework development, identifying repeatable patterns and reusable assets to improve delivery efficiency. • Engage in presales activities by supporting solution shaping, technical scoping, and proposal input for strategic opportunities. • Collaborate with stakeholders across delivery and business functions to ensure delivery success and technical alignment. • Manage workload and commitments to achieve utilization and quality outcomes while contributing to delivery innovation and client success.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience leading architecture and delivery for enterprise Azure solutions across programs such as modernization, consulting, and transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to define solution architectures that align business goals with scalable technical design and delivery excellence.
  • Strong understanding of the full delivery lifecycle, including architecture governance, delivery oversight, and presales collaboration.
  • Recognized for mentoring architects and engineers, fostering design rigor, technical leadership, and delivery capability growth.
  • Proven ability to influence architecture direction across projects, promoting reusable frameworks, tools, and technical consistency.
  • Deep technical expertise in one or more Azure domains, with growing fluency across adjacent disciplines (Application Innovation, Cloud Platform, or Data & AI).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate architecture decisions, trade-offs, and delivery strategies to technical and business audiences.
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client projects as needed.
